Will not vote for Kiir as president
Att: Comrade Ezekiel Lol Gatkouth,
USA. Reference is made to your Article dated: 30/7/2008, titled " Why Comrade Salva Kiir must be the President of Sudan in 2009.
For your information, I am a full member of the SPLM since the formation of the SPLM/A in 1983 until now. I never change sides like the other people do. Currently, I work and live in
Juba. I am well aware of what is taking place politically in
Southern Sudan. Not second hand information.
My point is that, I will not vote on party line in the next coming election. I will vote for some one who:
1)
will united the people of
Southern Sudan;
2)
Stop tribalism;
3) Nepotism;
4) Corruption, or Political Corruption in
Southern Sudan;
5) Well educated person;
6) Political oriented with good public relations;
7) Person who talk strongly about Self-determination for the people of
Southern Sudan in 2011. But President Kiir, he is talking of uniting
Sudan, if he become a President of the Republic of the
Sudan.
Our current president, he is corrupt. He allegedly owns a Hotel in
Juba and an Auto company and much more. He violated the Interim Constitution of Southern Sudan, 2005.
He protected all corrupt Ministers such the Minister for Legal Affairs and Constitutional Development. He is a president of Corrupt Government, as a result, he can not be given a chance to rule
Southern Sudan. He is not co-operating with his Vice President Dr. Riek Machar. He is always mobilizes people to insult Dr. Riek, for example, Rebbeca Nyadeng. In my opinion, I think President Kiir is not fit to rule
Southern Sudan once again because, he is corrupt, tribalist, and not educated. This is my opinion.
