Kiir must be indicted for war crimes

Since the start of the war in 1983 Cdr. Salva Kiir Mayar has been the security chief within the SPLM/A. During the 21 years of the war many innocent SPLM/A members lost their lives. They were either summarily executed or lynched through the orders of Salva Kiir Mayardit. The elimination of SPLA officers, NCOs and politicians became so sporadic that there was a public outcry within the Movement. Murderous nature of Salva Kiir made many to abandon the Movement and preferred to join the enemy in Khartoum . The split within the Movement in 1991 were partly orchestrated by the murders, lynching and disappearances that characterised the SPLM/A. Salva was the man behind this all. He was the behind every arbitrary arrest and death within the SPLM/A. By the time the SPLM/A held it’s first ever Convention in 1994 the following had lost their lives mysteriously. When delegates asked the SPLM/A Chairman to explain the death of these men he referred the conferees to Cdr. Salva Kiir who on his part decided to ignore the episode.

The list of those Salva murdered in cold blood is very long and will be updated in the releases that will follow: For now these are some of the people that Salva Kiir murdered in cold blood:

All relatives of those whom Salva killed must write petitions to the International Criminal Court (ICC) so that Salva is indicted and taken to The Hague for trial. International Law gives you this right and will even hire for you lawyers to defend your cases. We want to assure the relatives of the victims whom the SPLM/A hangman, Salva Kiir Mayardit had tortured or killed that the CPA did not give any amnesty to anybody and that you can open criminal cases in any country wherever you are and the International Criminal Court (ICC) will take up your case immediately. Contact any human rights groups that are operating in the countries you are living in currently and they will assist you to process your cases without charges. The blood of your loved ones can not go down in vain. It is your right to seek retribution and make those responsible to pay for their misdeeds. God has already judged and condemned Dr. John Garang for his crimes within the SPLM but you can still sue the SPLM/A for any damages done to you. Salva Kiir, the only surviving member of the former notorious Political Military High Command, must be mad answerable for all crimes committed during the war. He can not escape this since he was the Chief of security of the SPLM.
