With utmost hope, respect, pride, and with God’s blessing I would                       like to congratulate Barack Obama, the forty-fourth President of the United States of America.   An African-American man with a great vision and mission, and a man of the people, Obama made a historical victory on November 4, 2008.

 

 

   What does Obama’s election as President of the United States   Adeeb Yousif               mean?   His Presidency:

·          Signifies an accurate and true democracy

·          Upholds respect for human rights and humanity

·          Promotes the end of racial discrimination and racism

·          Gives hope for peace and justice in many countries including Darfur

·          Encourages social tolerance

 

His Presidency means that anything is possible. It means, “YES WE CAN!”

 

Therefore, my sincere congratulations to President-elect Barack Obama and all Americans, individuals, human rights organizations, institutions, and all nations looking forward to achieving democracy, justice, peace and development.
