C
ivilization implies
to : more subjection to laws . whilst
primitive society reflects the behavioral
muddle , as example , the development of the sexual relationships has
fluctuated between many phases until we understood the rules that organize this relationship as
chain against our sexual freedom .
At the ancient age , no rules have been
imposed or followed
for organizing the sexual process between the individuals in the same family . ( women , men , wife , husband , brother , sister ,
.. etc ) .
may be the religions -
profoundly - had organized
some of that
mess .
Accordingly , we can recognize the definition of civilization : its , simply ,the rules and many obligations that limit
our freedom to
maintain our
enjoyableness from chagrins .
Now , We can see – explicitly-
the difference
between
the primitive past and
civil future
. from this point of view , we can understand the reason of the capacitor rules in the Islamic shari'a in many axis of our
life actions . starting from birth until death . Additionally , organizing the relationship either between individuals by many laws ( civil , criminal , commercial ….etc . Acts ) , or
between Islamic and un-Islamic countries , which might called at the contemporary term ; ( the international law ) .
the Christian world may understand this fact when it suffers
from exacerbation of unmoral anarchies
and it may follow
the Islamic shari'a someday .
as we hope so .
