تضارب الرؤي في طرح مبادرة نهاية الحرب في دارفور ظلت تحمل مؤشرات يؤسفنا ان نضعها (بين الأقواس).. فالمبادر الإقليمي علي المستويين العربي والإفريقي يقول انه يمارس مبدأ (الحياد الحميد) في بلورة حلول كفيله بنقل السلام لأهل دارفور .. وفي اقرب فرصه يجود بها الوقت ولكن..! والمراقب الحصيف لعملية التسابق العربي لمناقشة عملية السلام الدائم في دارفور يسخر عن الربح السياسي واسلوب الملاومه والمساومه ولايخشي على ذات الموقف حسد (الحاسدين) علي النتائج..! ولو يعلم الاخوه في المحيط العربي ان فك الشفرات (العنيده) لمشكلة دارفور ليس ضرورياً في مضرب الأمثال لان بعض الدول تبحث
في ذاتها مسار بلوغ (الغايات) في المحيط السياسي العالمي فيا سبحان الله..! والدول العربية صحابة النفوذ .. تريد ان تحافظ علي نفوذها المعروف والغرض نفسه يتطلب رعاية مفاضات
تحمل البشاير الي دارفور واخري تريد ان تجد لذاتها نفوذاً (نوعي) يضعها علي رأس القوائم التي يستحيل القفز علي اسوارها من خلال البت في (مصير) القضايا العربيه الساميه والطارئه.. والموقف ذاته يتطلب رعايه جاده و(نزهيه) للتفاوض اليساسي بين الحكومه واهل دارفور..! اما اهل دارفور فينتظرون رحمة (الإسبرين).. عفواً رحمة الحل السلحفائي سوءاً اكان عن طريق الدوحة او قاهرة المعز , وفي الأثنين (يطيب الجلوس) لحوار من شأنه استكمال السلام الناقص في الإقليم.. واذا كان الإخوه العرب حريصون على وضع حصان الحلول امام العربة يحتاج الرأي العام الدارفوري الي توحيد الجهود في منبر واحد براعية ومراقبة منزوعة (الشهوات) لتسهيل مهمه الضغط علي طرفي النزاع في الاقليم لتقديم تنازلات من شأنها ترجمة السلام الي واقع يعيشه الناس وتهون الفرص ان يجد الجميع وضع لافتة المنبر الدولي على جدار البوابه المصريه ويغيب الظن ان تكون هي المبادره التي رفضتها الحكومه من (اول نظره).. مسألة السباق العربي لرعاية مفاوضات دارفور لايستجلي التبرير لان تقلص الشقيقة مصر تمثيلها في القمة العربية الأخيرة لمجرد انها عقدت في الدوحه ومابين الدوحة والقاهره خصومه (شبه ناعمه)..فقطر بوضعيتها الحاليته يمكن ان تضيف لنفسها اسم لاعب المحور في الشرق الأوسط ولكنها لاتستطيع إلغاء او (إقتلاع) الملعب المصري من جذورة لإعتبارات يعرفها الجميع بمن فيها القياده القطريه نفسها..! ولايقبل المنطق كذلك ان يتمترس الدور المصري لحل قضية دارفور في البيئه القاهريه (الرطبه) دون آخرين لهم فرص الدعم الموجب لإحلال السلام بدارفور وإلا سيكون الدوره المصري سلبياً في تصرفاته.. هذا النوع من الإشتباك الدبلماسي لايخلق وضعيه تفاهمات سياسيه ممتازه وهي الوضعية التي ترفض استقلال الممكن في صناعة المفاهيم الدبلماسية في المزاج المصري تجاه القضايا السودانية(الحرجه) فمصر اما ان تدخل الملعب بصفة اللآعب المحترف او تترك الساحه لآخرين.. فأزمه الحل (المفقود) لقضية دارفور لاتحتمل الإنتظار بحسابات الفوائد فكلما طال عمر الازمة طال امد معناة أهلنا هناك .. ولانسطيع ان نفهم علي وجه الدقه من الذي تولي امر المبادره علي المستوي العربي في الوقت الحالي اذا كان البدايه غير الموفقه لمفاوضات الدوحة انتهت بالتلويح المصري على ستضافة محادثات اخري تطي ملف الحرب المشتعله في اقليم دارفور اذا يئس اهله عن استدرار (لبن الطير)..! كان من الضروري ان يتجلي الدور الاقليمي العربي لإستكمال سلام دارفور وتجميع آليات الحلول في
منبر واحدة لضمان استمراريتة وتسهيل مهمة المراقب لمسار التفاوض النهائي بشأن الوضع في الاقليم بدلاً عن توسيع مواعين (الوساطة) على قاعدة توزيع المصالح بين الدول العربيه والدول صاحبة الإقراض.. ولو اقتنع الاخوه العرب بان حل مشكله دارفور لايحتاج الي نظرية رفع
سقف الإستثمار (سياسياً) بالنسبه للمضيف والراعي لهذا الحوار فإن الحوار المطلوب يجني من الثمار ماهو طيب.. واذا كانت الدوحه او القاهره تجعل من التسويه السلميه لقضية دارفور كتابة إعلان نفوذها السياسي للشعوب الافضل ان تترك الملعب لأخرين يضع العربه علي القضيب لان الوضع في الجه المعنية لايحتمل المساومه والعرض البطي.. فكيف تنظر الخرطوم لأخواتها من (بنات نعش).. اذا كنّ من ذوات الأشياء فلا المبادره العربيه لحل قضية دارفور تصبح مبادرة لإستكمال طموحات (الأجاويد).. والأجاويد (يحلفون بالطلاق) حتي يؤول اليهم ملف الخلاف السوداني وهم علي حالهم اذاً اين موقع دافور من التراجمه والإعراب ..؟ السؤال الذي من الاخلاق ان يرد علية الرئيس (مبارك) والشيخ القطري (آل ثاني ) هل ان استضافة مفاوضات اكمال السلام في دارفور حبيسة الإجابه المبهمه بأن تتبني الدوله الظافره بالعطاء شاهدة حسن سير وسلوك في (الحياد) والعطاء الدبلماسي .. ام ينتهي السيناريو علي استلام امريكا ملف التسويات عبر البوابه الاثيوبيه؟
