Gulf Cooperation Council Criticizes ICC Decision against Sudan
Riyadh, July 14 (SUNA)- The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Abdul-Rahman Hamad Al-Attiya, said that the trend of the International Criminal Court (ICC) do not cope with the documented report issued by the Arab League and the African Union which affirm that no genocides have happened in Darfur region
In a statement to the press, Al-Attiya expressed his astonishment over the timing of the ICC decision
He reiterated the stance of the Gulf Cooperation Council in support of the peace and development process in Sudan
