Sudan, Egypt sign cattle export cooperation agreement
Khartoum, Jan 13 (SUNA)-Ministry of Animal Resources on Wednesday signed an agreement with Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture for exporting live cattle to Egypt in compliance with the joint cooperation. Ministry of Animal Resources Undersecretary, Dr Muhamed Abdel Raziz said the Ministry is embarking on opening new markets to provide hard currencies. There is close cooperation ties between Sudan and Egypt in the area of veterinary facilities and combat of epidemics, he said. Sudan the main of exporters of camels to Egypt is qualified to fill in the food gap especially of white or red meat, he added. AH/AH
