لا ادري كيف يتناول البعض موضوع الصين بهذا الاستخفاف
الصين حاليا هي أكبر متعامل تجاري في العالم وثاني أكبر اقتصاد عالميا (ويتوقع ان يكون الاكبر قريبا جدا) واكثر دول العالم كثافة سكانية
كيف يمكن لدولة بهذه المواصفات ..ان تقوم بغباء ( اكتشفه بعض المتداخلين هنا ) بامتلاك أكبر احتياطي نقدي لعملة اجنبية ليس في يدها امر التحكم في هذه العملة؟
الاجابة في إعتقادي ان الصين تدرك جيدا عواقب ما تقوم به (من ان تكون أكبر ضامن لديون الولايات المتحدة)...تدرك حجم التجارة مع امريكا...تدرك نخبها الحاكمة شعرات معاوية التي تربطها بنخب امريكا الحاكمة
درست (وفهمت) كيف تم القضاء على الشيوعية السوفيتية و القضاء على الاتحاد السوفيتي.....الخ
لهذا انا شخصيا لا اشاطر الاخ منير في تفاؤله بنجاخ قريب لمجموعة ال BRICS .....
البرازيل حققت نجاحا اقتصاديا جيدا في السنين الاخيرة (بتطبيق حزم رعتها الدول الغربية) وخلطها الرئيس السابق بكثير من (الاشتراكية) وستظل يدها مغلولة (بعض الشئ) نتيجة هذه الخلطة
روسيا سبق لي القول بأنها هشة سياسيا ...ولا زلت عند رأي
الهند تخلصت مؤخرا من حكم الاحزاب الاشتراكية وصوتت باغلبية ساحقة لحزب قومي رأسمالي التوجه الجغرافية و التاريخ ليستا في صالح الهند ..وعندما تنفتح أكثر للتدفق المالي من الخارج ستظهر حساسيتها (Vulnerability )
خاصة فيما يتعلق بعدد الفقراء فيها و التنافس مع الصين
اما جنوب افريقيا فلا أعتقد انها قد (نضجت) كدولة كبرى حتى الان
