Constitutional statement No. (1)
Cairo, January 25, 2012
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.                  Article 1, of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Reaffirming  the purpose of the United Nations to develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace                                                    Paragraph (1) - RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,on the report of the Third Committee (A/52/644/Add.2)] - A/RES/52/119- 23 February 1998
All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.                                                                                                                       Article 1 -1 International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights,Adopted by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI),of 16 December 1966, entry into force 3 January 1976, in accordance with article 27.
Due  to the failure of the Sudanese state as a result of the rejection of successive elites, to diversity recognition, the persecution and marginalization, which based on racial bases, also due to the failure of the  (East)Convention, which did not contain  eny guarantees, the dispersion of the Eastern Front signed the agreement, while not incorporating the Convention in the Interim Constitution, in addition to non-recognition of national identity of the Baja (constitutionally), nor their cultural and economical rights, or participation in power, as well as other racist policies, in addition to the lack of political will, to find a holistic solution, except partial, for that and more the Baja Front for Liberation and Justice, was founded .                                                                                                                                
The front declares itself, as a democratic, revolutionary, and non-racial organizing, its main objective, is to resolve the issue of Beja, and contribute to find a comprehensive solution to the issue of governance in Sudan, through the adoption of autonomy of the Beja territory, and the other regions of Sudan, within the framework of the sovereignty of a real federal state, with constitutional (sponsorship) to the right of self-determination, as a guarantee for continuation of justice,  all that through a  free  (participatory) Constitution , worded by a constitutional conference, after formation of a transitional government of  fair representation, under international supervision.

The front condemns the use of the Red Sea and the eastern border of the province, as a pathway for saling arms and exporting terrorism, and warned the international community of the consequences of that, so as not to let the region as an incubator for terrorists, especially with the deteriorating economic situation in the province, and the state as well, and the  high spread of poverty in society, unemployment, and the signs of war in the region.

The front calls for the UN not to ignore the issue of Beja, in order not to widen the area of civil strife and the wars which could impact on the ocean in the region and harm of world peace, given the importance of the region, it also calls to create an especial legal committee to investigate the massacre of January 29, 2005, and to send a number of technical missions (health, agriculture, statistical and humanitarian) to provide support, field studies and facts finding, about the situation in the region, it also warns of the dangers expected of the famine hits the region due to natural and human deliberate factors,  and find some way to deliver NGOs and aid to those affected, rather than providing international protection to the peoples who are being bombed and genocide, in Darfur and Kordofan and Blue Nile, and sanctions against Khartoum regime, for procurement, aviation, and impunity.

The front adheres to the administrative unification of the Beja region, and does not accept any administrative division, designed to destabilize the region, or to strife  the components of community.
   
The front believes that joint action, and unity of all political and margin forces, on one program, is the only way out of current situation, also declars that, it will take every possible means to resolve the issue, and all options remain open.
