Due to the failure of the Sudanese state as a result of the rejection of successive elites, to diversity recognition, the persecution and marginalization, which based on racial bases, also due to the failure of the (East)Convention, which did not contain eny guarantees, the dispersion of the Eastern Front signed the agreement, while not incorporating the Convention in the Interim Constitution, in addition to non-recognition of national identity of the Baja (constitutionally), nor their cultural and economical rights, or participation in power, as well as other racist policies, in addition to the lack of political will, to find a holistic solution, except partial, for that and more the Baja Front for Liberation and Justice, was founded .

The front calls for the UN not to ignore the issue of Beja, in order not to widen the area of civil strife and the wars which could impact on the ocean in the region and harm of world peace, given the importance of the region, it also calls to create an especial legal committee to investigate the massacre of January 29, 2005, and to send a number of technical missions (health, agriculture, statistical and humanitarian) to provide support, field studies and facts finding, about the situation in the region, it also warns of the dangers expected of the famine hits the region due to natural and human deliberate factors, and find some way to deliver NGOs and aid to those affected, rather than providing international protection to the peoples who are being bombed and genocide, in Darfur and Kordofan and Blue Nile, and sanctions against Khartoum regime, for procurement, aviation, and impunity.
The front adheres to the administrative unification of the Beja region, and does not accept any administrative division, designed to destabilize the region, or to strife the components of community.
The front believes that joint action, and unity of all political and margin forces, on one program, is the only way out of current situation, also declars that, it will take every possible means to resolve the issue, and all options remain open.
