Wali of Nahr Alneel state hails the Saudi investments in Sudan
Khartoum /1/11/ SUNA/ Wali of Nahr Alneel state Alhadi Abdallah and the Saudi minister of agriculture,and a number of officials visited the project of AL-Rajhi international company for agriculture and investment in Barbar town
The visiting delegation was received by the minister of electricity and dams eng. Osama Abdallah and the the Saudi ambassador to Sudan Faisal Almaala and Dr. Fahad balganeem,and The founder of Alraghi group of investment companies Shiekh Sulieman Alraghi with the minister of agriculture in Nahr Alneel , Prof. Alsadiq Suliman
The wali and the visiting delegation were acquainted by the huge investments realized in the project and they toured the project which area is estimated at 50000 feddans. They also visited the projects basic infrastructures, the agricultural irrigation stations and the main irrigation channel which feed the project from the Nile
Nahr Alneel Wali addressed the celebration made on the honor of their visit , pointing that the project is considered as successful and he send a message to all the Saudi investors in Sudan to increase their investments in the state saying that we are now ready to support these investments for the benefit of the two countries
On his side , Dr. Fahad Balgunaim hailed the role of the state in enhancing the Saudi investments in Sudan saying that ALrajhi agricultural project is a successful start for the Saudi investments in Sudan
it is to mention that ALrajhi company has many agricultural projects in each of Egypt, Sudan, Senegal and Ukraine
