Vice-President concludes visit to South Darfur State
Khartoum, Mar. 21 (SUNA)- Vice-President of the Republic, Ali Osman Mohamed Taha, and his accompanied delegation Monday concluded a two-day visit to South Darfur State
Taha began his visit by addressing a mass rally in Kas town and inspecting some solar power projects
On Sunday he inspected an exhibition held in Nyala which reflected the customs and traditions of the different tribes of the state as well as attending inauguration of the festival of the peaceful co-existence which organized at Nyala stadium
The Vice - President chaired in the evening of the same day the meeting of the state's Council of Ministers where reports on the performance of the State government and its plan for coming period were discussed
The Vice - President was accompanied in his visit to South Darfur State by the Ministers of Finance, Electricity and Dams, Science and Technology, besides the Secretary General of Decentralized Government and State Ministers of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Transport
