UAE Ambassador meets Sudanese Ministers

WAM Khartoum, Dec 28th, 2010 (WAM) -- UAE Ambassador to Sudan Hassan Ahmed Suleiman Al-Shehhi met with the Sudanese Minister of Finance and National Economy, Ali Mahmoud Abdul-Rasoul and Sudanese State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Trade, Fadul Abdullah Fadul.
During the meeting, Al-Shehhi delivered a message of UAE Minister of State for Financial Affairs Dr. Obaid Humaid Al Tayer to the Sudanese Minister of Finance relating to bilateral relations and ways of boosting them.
Al-Shehhi and the two Sudanese ministers discussed bilateral relations and ways of promoting trade between the two countries along with the removal of various constraints in this area.
It is noteworthy that volume of trade between UAE and Sudan during 2009 was one billion and one hundred million dirhams.
