The Central Bank of Sudan generalizes a regulation combating money laundering
Khartoum / 11/1/Suna/ -the Central Bank of Sudan has published for generalization a circulat combating money laundry crimes and financing of terrorism which accordingly repeal the 2009 circular no. 22
The circular is generalized to all the banks and financial institutions working in Sudan , their branches and partners
The bank stressed , according to this circular that all dealings and banks relations should only be with the individuals , in personal terms ,charismatics and constitutional characters after being sure of the agents resources and the real benificiaries as from early this year
