minister at the ministry of oil meets the delegation of the Gulf company for
metal industries
Khartoum / 10/4/ SUNA/ the state minister at the ministry
of oil , Eng. Ali Ahmed Osman met at his office today with the delegation of the
Gulf company for metal industries which based in Jordan
The delegation was headed by eng. Tahir Ala'amri the regional manager of
the company for the middle east and north Africa
The meeting was attended by delegated manager of the company in the Sudan
The delegation expressed the company's interest to invest in Sudan in the
spheres of implementing and financing oil refineries, oil storages and
maintenance and the establishment of pipelines
the Head of the delegation expressed the company's willingness to finance
and implement the available projects in Sudan in the sphere of oil institutions
and metal industries with a guarantee from the Central Bank of Sudan ,
explaining the company's long experience in the field of oil works
On his side the state minister welcomed the delegation praising the
Jordanian Sudanese relations and presented an enlightenment on the projects
available in Sudan in the sphere of expansion of Khartoum oil refinery and the
construction of Khartoum and Wadmedeni refinery pipeline, in addition to the
establishment of additional storages
He also reviewed the great opportunities available for investment in the
spheres of oil industries and oil exploration and production specially in
squares 9 and 11. E.M
