Khartoum 6 Oct.(SUNA)- The National Congress expressed fear that the south Sudan will come under a failed State in case of separation. Secretary of Organizations Secretariat at the National Congress Dr. Qutbi Al-Mahdi, commenting on report about capturing a ship belongs to south Sudan loading with weapons in Djibouti , said the incident was one of the serious indications of South turn into a failed state which, he explained, will destabilize the region.
