President meets Turkish Deputy Prime Minister
Khartoum, Feb.6 (SUNA) President of the Republic Field Marshal Omar al-Bashir discussed this evening at the gusts house with Mr. Farouk Schleck the Turkish Deputy Prime Minister ways to support and develop relations between the two countries
In press statements following the meeting, Schleck confirmed that he came to the Sudan on head of a large Turkish delegation consists of 59 Turkish senior officials and members of the parliament from the ruling party and the opposition parties, explaining that the purpose of the visit is to develop Turkish-Sudanese relations and push them forward
The Turkish Deputy Prime Minister said that the visit has witnessed laying of the foundation stone of Nyala hospital, adding that he had discussed with the President a number of political issues in the region, also was briefed on the political and economic conditions and trade in the Sudan
