President Al-Bashir to Inaugurate Ahkam Cement Factory in Nahral-Neil State
Atbara, Jan. 12 (SUNA)- President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, will inaugurate on January 25 Ahkam Cement Factory in the context of the celebration of the Holy Qoran in Nahral-Neil State, which was established at the total cost of 300 million dollars
The factory which is owned by the Egyptian Al-Qala'a Group and the Sudanese National Pensions Fund will work with the capacity of producing 5,000 cement tons per day and 1.5 million tons per year
In a press statement to SUNA, the Director of Ahkam Cement Factory, Hani Tuhami, said that the factory is a fruit of the cooperation between Egypt and Sudan, indicating that the company aims to export its production to African countries after meeting the need of the Sudanese market
