President Al-Bashir Attends Graduation of 62nd Batch of Graduates at Police and Legal Sciences' College
Khartoum, Jan. 5 (SUNA) - President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, Wednesday attended the 62nd batch of graduates at the College of Police and Legal Sciences, in the presence of several ministers, representatives of the diplomatic mission and police officers
President Al-Bashir distributed the prizes to the outstanding graduates in the academic, military and other fields
The Minister of Interior, Engineer Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid, addressed the celebration affirming that the Police Forces are aware of the responsibility and challenges that the country is now facing represented in the holding of referendum on January 9
He affirmed the readiness of the Police Forces to perform their role in securing the referendum process and enabling the southern citizens to practice their constitutional rights for voting in the referendum in secure and stable conditions
Engineer Hamid urged the graduated students to uphold Islamic values and to be an example of civilized conduct and to provide services to the citizens
