Preparations for International Donors Conference for Rehabilitation and Development in East Sudan Discussed
Khartoum, Nov. 21 (SUNA)- The Presidential Advisor and chairman of the preparatory committee for the International Donors and Investors Conference for Rehabilitation and Development in East Sudan, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail, Sunday chaired at his office a meeting with the preparatory committee for holding the conference in Kuwait in early next November
In a statement to SUNA, the Executive Director of East Sudan Development Fund and head of the technical preparatory committee for the conference, Engineer Abu-Obeida Mohamed Duj, said that all the concerned sub-committees have forwarded their reports, explaining that the envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented a report on the participation of the regional and international organizations in the conference and the activity and contacts being adopted by Sudan embassies abroad in this regard
Engineer Duj said that the representative of the Businessmen Union has given a report on the participation of national and foreign businessmen, from the Gulf and other countries, adding that the organizations' representative also presented a report on the participation of organizations
He indicated that the Forum of Businessmen and the Workshop on Services and Infrastructures will be held on the sidelines of the International Donors and Investors Conference for Rehabilitation and Development in East Sudan
