On allegations directed by the SPLM on the National Congress incitement to Messairiya tribe at Abyei, Prof. Ghandour said that the Messairiya people are not needy for incitement from the National Congress or any other circles, adding that the Messairiya are motivated by their just cause on ground that they are an entity having rights in Abyei area

He said that the National Congress is pressing ahead with the file of the Messairiya in Abyei as a file that relates to the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA), stressing that the National Congress is keen to maintain the rights of all the citizens at Abyei area, the Messairiya and others

Prof. Ghandour said that real persons who practice incitement are those who prevent the Dinka Ngok from sitting for dialogue with others

Responding to a question, Prof. Ghandour said that Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLM) should move southward the border of January 1st, 1956, in the case of the separation of south Sudan, according to the CPA
