Oil Minister and Minister of State meet with heads of oil companies
Khartoum, Dec. 19 (SUNA) Minister of Oil d. Lawal Ocoik Deng and the Minister of State Ahmed Osman within the frame of investigating the work in the oil companies operating in the country they discussed the increase of oil production and accelerating the pace of exploration in the different squares in the country
They have discussed the various problems that hinder the increase of production. This came during a meeting , Sunday, in the offices of the heads of the Chinese company CNPC, the Indian ONGC and the Malaysian's Petronas, which is the largest oil companies operating in Sudan, the two officials listened to a presentation by Dr. Sun chairman of the Chinese company on the progress of the work , the future plans and programs
The two ministers get acquainted with the problems that constraints the work in the companies where d. Lawal directed that to follow-up obstacles on the ground. While state minister Ahmed Osman urged leaders of the companies to work carefully and in professional manner by focusing on the technical sides to reach the targeted production in the coming period
