National Assembly's Deputy Speaker says protection of peace responsibility of Sudanese people
Khartoum, Oct. 18 (SUNA)- The Women Secretary at National Congress (NC) and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ustaza Samiya Ahmed Mohamed, has regretted the statement on deployment of international forces along the border between north and south Sudan, describing this statement as reflecting a wrong message
She said that the international force which exists in Sudan have a specific mission and that Sudan would not agree on chaging its mandate
She added that Sudan has a government which is capable to carry out its role, saying that in the case of separation the Sudanese citizens will defend peace, which, she explained is the responsibility of Sudanese people
