Khartoum, Nov. 23 (SUNA)- The Minister of National Defence, Gen. Abdul-Rahim Mohamed Hussein, has announced the increase of the ammunition produced by the Military Industry Corporation to more than 40 million, besides production of 10 kinds of arms, in addition to the production of ammunitions for mortar guns and plane bombs
Addressing a celebration marking the Golden Jubilee of the Military Industry Corporation Tuesday, the Minister of National Defence said that the corporation was able to cope with the international technological progress in the field of military production
Meanwhile, the minister honoured the families of the former President and founder of the Military Industry Corporation, Gen. Ibrahim Abboud, Major Gen. Hussein Sharfi, Col. Salah-Eddin Mohamed Saeed and Col. Ahmed Osman and Mustafa Ortashi for their role in the development of the military industry in Sudan
