Khartoum, March 10 (SUNA)- Khartoum State Thursday signed a memo of understanding with the Chinese ComPlant Engineering Group to provide funding for establishment of 25,000 housing units, besides conducting the designing and execution works for these units
Present at the signing ceremony was the Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Khidir
The Minister of Planning and Urban Development in Khartoum State signed for Khartoum State, while the General Director of the Chinese group signed for it
