Armed Forces Spokesman: Dar Al-Salam not Occupied by Rebels
Khartoum, Dec. 30 (SUNA) - The spokesman of the Armed Forces, Lt. Col. Al-Sawarmi Khalid Saad, disclosed that the Armed Forces evacuated the troops of the rebel Justice and Equality Movement and Sudan Liberation Movement, Menawi Wing, from Dar Al-Salam area five days ago
Lt. Col.Al-Sawarmi told SUNA Thursday that the Armed Forces clashed with the rebel forces at Shangel Tobay, adding that they fled to southern1956 borders
He affirmed that Dar Al-Salam area was not occupied by the rebels
