Arab league Secretary General arrived at Khartoum today
Khartoum / 28/12/ 2010 / SUNA/ Arab League Secretary General Amr Musa arrived here this morning in a three -day official visit during which he will meet the President of the Republic Field Marshal Omar Albashir and first vice president of the Republic and president of South Sudan Government Silva Kirr to get acquainted wih the comprehensive peace agreement implementation process and the south sudan self determination referendum measures to be held on the 9th of next January
Musa was received at the airport by Kamal Hassan Ali the state minister at the ministry of foreign relations and a number of the state's officials
Musa's visit comes within the context of negotiations with the state's senior officials of the federal government and the south sudan government to stand on the situation in the country and know the Sudanese view regarding the development of the situations in the country and the future prospects
He will also convey to the sudanese officials the Arab league General Secretariat view and stance towards the Sudanese issues
