It was by a surprise on 21th February 2011, I got a message forwarded to my mail by a member of the SPLM- Diaspora  posted on Sudanese online website lashing out the rapid corruption of GOSS Liaison Office in Cairo, Egypt  under the administration of Parmena Mangar and Ruben Marial regarding the donation of  $10,000 by the South Sudan Referendum Commission in Juba  to various Southern Sudanese communities who had sacrificed from their pockets for the successful of the referendum and the Cairo donations had reached but was hijacked by the big two men that received the money.

I want to advise Lojuan Abdallah ; if you want to criticize the system of administration within an office, just target the system of the office or the people who has the dirty hands in that money without mentioning his or her tribe or external person like Salva Kiir in their corruption scandals matter what you are angry because we don't want the future of the South Sudan to be criticized base on tribal grounds.

Did all the communities in Egypt receive the money exception of the Union of Great Equatoria?

I did not expect such kind of letter to be written by an Equatorian by revealing his anger towards a certain group of people. All the tribes in South Sudan are always a victim of corruption but not Equatorians tribes only.

It is true that the money was sent to all overseas referendum centers outside Sudan and we in Netherlands, we got our share from the $10,000 for UK referendum center and  also a friend in Belgium said that they have received a pocket of  that money which was shared by about four countries in Europe despite the heavy pocket of the people here and I advise the GOSS Cairo office to give that money to all the three Unions of the Southern Sudan in Egypt as soon as possible before we change our face towards the culprits that are responsible for hijacking of unarmed communities money.

Regarding those men in the office of Cairo especially Ruben Marial , much has been said and written about him regarding the firing of the main driver of the GOSS Liaison office in United States by the Head of Mission which was supported by him as his deputy by then.

The driver did an interview which was conducted  by Ruben Marial and was employed and was  fired  by  Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth,  and Ruben Marial did not tell the driver of his wrong doing because he has stood with his boss Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth as he has stood with Parmena Mangar regarding the $10,000 which is considered legitimate for them without consideration of an atom for other rights. They have strong bonds that are well known to some of us who are following the footsteps  and breathe of the GOSS officials.

The driver has protested , he has no problems with the Head of Mission and the office in general but the wife of the head of mission had a problem with him because he came late to take the wife to attend a private meeting which has nothing to do with GOSS moreover he wasn't  employed for the family but for the government; My message to those men; don't mix family issues with public office, don't employ family member in public office base on nepotism cards, Some GOSS officials employ people because of the axe; don't embezzle community money for the wellbeing of your family in London and America.

I advise you people power comes and goes  don't misuse it to steal to undermine your credibility  within your communities in your locality whether in Sudan or outside Sudan.

Respect them, listen to them and give them their rights.
