Taha Leads Sudan Delegation Participating in France-African Summit

 

Khartoum, May 30 (SUNA) - Sudan delegation participating in the 25th session of the France - African Summit left Sunday for France led by the Vice President of the Republic, Ali Osman Mohamed Taha, The summit will be held in Niece during Monday and Tuesday

 

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mutrif Siddiq, said in statement at the Khartoum Airport before departure of the delegation that the Sudan delegation participating in the summit includes the Presidential Adviser, Dr. Ghazi Salahuddin, the State Minister at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, Dr. Lual Deng, and Director of the National Security and Intelligence, Gen. Engineer Mohamed Atta, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 

Dr. Siddiq explained that the summit would review a number of political, the socio-economic and environmental issues, indicating that Sudan has previously participated in such summit, adding that the last participation was in 2007 in France

 

It is to be recalled that the meetings of the ministerial council of the summit is held on Sunday
