Sinja, Mar. 22 (SUNA) - Vice - President of the Republic and Observer of the National Agricultural Campaign, Ali Osman Mohamed Taha, accompanied by the federal Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Abdul-Halim Ismail Al-Muaafi, the Wali (governor) of Sennar State, Engineer Ahmed Abbas, and a number of agricultural leaders Monday inspected the experiment of smart partnership between Kenana Sugar Company and the farmers at Suki Scheme for cultivation of 13,000 feddans with sunflower and 3000 feddans with maize
During their visit to Sennar State, Taha and the accompanying delegation were also acquainted with the ongoing preparations for growing crops in the summer season
