Sudanese businessman to be paid after settling differences with partners

The defence ministry will pay a Sudanese businessman who ferried UPDF troops for the joint Operations against the LRA after after sorting out his differences with his business Partners.
Defence spokesperson Lt Col. Felix Kulaigye says.

In his letter to the IGG, Sami Haroona Eisa, the director of Stream Aviation, said he transported troops and other logistics to Southern Sudan in December last year has never been paid.

Haroona is demanding for 4 billion shillings from the the ministry of defence.

Kulaigye however tells The New Vision Online that they had processed the payment but one of Harrona's Partners only identified as as Taremwa petitioned the defence ministry.
