Sudan Elections spur interest in the United States of America
Khartoum, April. 17 (SUNA) - The Sudanese United Society in the United States said the Sudanese election process is given due concern in the US, and was an important event, given the fact that this first multi-party elections in 24 year that can contribute to the democratic transformation in the country
The Secretary of the Society, Ibrahim Hamid said the organization has been receiving questions about what was happening in Sudan a matter that necessitates visiting Sudan to get acquainted with the realities on the ground
He said the society has extended invitations to US journalists to visit Sudan
