Sudan, Egypt Review Joint Social Welfare Action Plan
Khartoum, May 13 (SUNA)- The Sudanese and Egyptian sides Thursday held a meeting on a joint social work strategy at the Ministry of Social Welfare and Child in Khartoum
Chairperson of the Central Department of Social Development, Ustaza Ayesha Abdel- Rahman, who represented the Egyptian side, said that the Egypt is keen on bolstering its cooperation with Sudan in the fields of social and children welfare, especially with regard to the children of special needs
Representing the Sudanses side and the Deputy Undersecretary at the Ministry of Social and Children, Ustaza Khadeeja Abul-Qasim Haj Hamed, has appreciated progress of the joint Sudanese - Egyptian social solidarity projects
The meeting reviewed implementation of the 2008- 2010 joint social programme and the previous minutes and affirmed the importance of exchange of visits and expertise between the concerned officials in the two countries
On Thursday, Ustaza Ayesha Abdel-Rahman met with the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Social and Children Welfare, Dr. Saeed Abdalla Saeed, reviewed joint executive programme
Dr. Saeed hoped that the meeting will result in joint social action strategy and the exchange of expertise and visits
