South Sector at National Congress Appreciate Statements of Salva Kiir Supporting to National Unity Line
Khartoum, May 4 (SUNA) - The South Sector at the National Congress has appreciated the statements on the First Vice - President and President of the Government of South Sudan (GoSS) on his support to the unity line and called for cooperation between the two partners and all the political forces to realize this goal
In a press statement, the Secretary of Greater Bahral-Ghazal at the National Congress, Bishop Gabriel Rorek, said that the secretariat agreed on formulation of an action plan and a strategy for the coming stage, which will be delivered to Deputy Chairman of the National Congress for the Party's Affairs, Dr. Nafie Ali Nafie, in the coming days
He said that the visits paid by the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, before the elections have given a strong hope for the southerners on the possibility of unity between the north and the south
Bishop called for support to the unity line which is led by President Al-Bashir. He said that the nominees of the National Congress in south Sudan proved at the elections that they have a great capability to carry out political work despite the difficulties that faced them
