Slva Kiir Receives Written Message from Eritrean President
Juba, May 20 (SUNA) - The First Vice President of the Republic andelected President for the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS), Salva Kiir, received Thursday a written message from the Eritrean President, Issias Aforki, congratulating him on his election in the general elections
Following a meeting with Kiir, the Eritrean President envoy, Gen. Tekli Kefeelia, said that his visit to Juba aims to convey the message to Kiir and to participate in his oath-taking ceremony as the GoSS elected President
He said to SUNA that the message is concerned with the consolidating the relations between Eritrea and GoSS and between the Sudan People's Liberation Movement and the ruling People's Front for Democracy and Justice in Eritrea
The message also included visions and contributions of Eritrea in holding of the coming referendum process in south Sudan, he added
