Republican Decree Relieving Walis (governors) of Seven States Issued
Khartoum, Jan. 17 (SUNA) - President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, Sunday issued a Republican Decree relieving the Walis (governors) of North Kordofan, the Northern, Nahral-Neil, Kassala, South Darfur, Gedarif and the White Nile States. The President of the Republic issued another Republican Decree assigned the following as Walis: - Mohamed Ali Mansour for North Kordofan, Mohamed Khair Fagiri for the Northern State, Jibril Abdul-Latif for Nahral-Neil State, Ali Awad Mohamed for Kassala State, Dr. Omer Ahmed Abdul-Jabar for South Darfur State, Mubarak Munir Hajjo for Gedarif State and Ali Adam Alian as the Wali (governor) of the White Nile State.
