The Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Khider, addressing the occasion, affirmed the National Congress (NC) commitment to implement its programme which was declared to the Sudanese people
Dr.Al-Khider said the National Congress will continue its efforts to boost the economy, development and rehabilitation of worship places
