Participants of Northern State in School Competition honour Wali of North Darfur State
El Fasher- Jan. 3 (SUNA) - The delegation of the Northern State, which is participating in the activities of the (21) National School Tournament has honoured the Wali (governor) of North Darfur, Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir, in recognition of the big efforts that he exerted to guarantee the success of the school tournament. Addressing the honouring celebration, the head of the delegation of the Northern State, Ahmed Eisa Alawi, appreciated on behalf of the participants of the Northern State the efforts exerted by the government and the citizens of the North Darfur state for the comfort of the participating delegations. The Wali of North Darfur State commended the initiative of the Northern State delegation to honour him. It is to be noted that a number of palm trees (representing the Northern State) were planted in the official residence of Wali of North Darfur State. MF/MO
