Quito, Feb. 28 (SUNA) - The sixth Meeting of the Senior Officials in South America and Western Countries which was held in the capital of Ecuador, Quito, in the past two days has welcomed the signing of the framework agreement by the government and the Justice and Equality Movement in Doha, under auspices of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
