Khartoum International Flowers Exhibition to begin on Sunday

 

Khartoum, Feb. 19 (SUNA) - The session of International Annual Flowers Exhibition is due to be launched on Sunday at the Friendship Hall in Khartoum in presence of the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Resources and Irrigation of Khartoum State under the patronage of Kenana Sugar Company

 

In this connection, the Chairman of the Horticulture Association Dr. Mahmoud Yagi said that the exhibition is organized by the Horticulture Association for the development of the horticultural aspects in a view that the exhibition is a place for the dissemination of culture, praising the role of participants in the exhibition from inside and outside the country toward the benefit of their expertise in various horticultural fields

 

Dr. Mahmoud said that the Association used to disseminate the Sudanese culture through exhibitions of gardens and flowers

 

Meanwhile, Director of Marketing at Kenana Sugar Company, Mr. Magdi Hosni, affirmed the company's determination to make flowers and fruits among the company's essential products and to market them extensively through the promotion of local and international markets
