Hamdan bin Zayed receives Sudanese Presidential Adviser

WAM Abu Dhabi, Mar 05th, 2010 (WAM)--HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of Ruler in Western Region, received yesterday at Al Nakhil Palace the Sudanese Presidential Adviser Mustafa Osman Ismail and the delegation accompanying him.
They discussed the bilateral relations and ways to boost them in all fields. The two sides also tackled a number of current regional and international issues, particularly the latest developments in the Middle East and Sudan.
Sheikh Hamdan stressed keenness of the UAE to support peace and development in Sudan.
On his part, the Sudanese official lauded the support offered by the UAE to Sudan under directives from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, citing the depth of relations between the leadership and peoples of the two countries.
