Government Delegation for Addis Ababa Consultative Meetings to Leave on Friday
Khartoum, May 6 (SUNA)- A government delegation headed by the State Minister at the Ministry of Culture and Youth, Dr. Amin Hassan Omer, will leave Friday for Addis Ababa to participate at the consultative meetings on Sudan issues that would begin on Friday and last for two days, with participation of representatives of the United Nations, regional organizations, the permanent member states at the Security Council, a number of neighbouring countries and other parties concerned with Sudan issues
The government delegation includes the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mutrif Siddiq, and Sayed Al-Khateeb
A diplomatic source said in a statement to SUNA that the two meetings will focus discussion on the issue of Sudan unity, indicating that the meeting will review the issues of the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) and the referendum as well as Darfur issue and the negotiations in Doha
