Chairman of the Arab Monetary Fund Arrives in Khartoum
Khartoum- April 5 (SUNA)- The Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Monetary Fund (AMF), Dr. Jassim AL Mannaie, arrived in Khartoum Monday to take part in the Joint Annual Meetings of the Arab Financial Institutions
Dr. Al-Mannaie expressed his please to participate in the meetings scheduled to begin in Khartoum on April 7, hoping that these meetings will be successful and announced a package of activities on the sidelines of the annual meetings, referring to the Seminar Arab Trade Financing Programme which would benefit more than 18 Banks in Sudan
He added that the meetings would review the performance of the Arab institutions that have contributed in funding many successful development projects in Sudan and the Arab World
Meanwhile, Minister of Finance and National Economy, Dr. Awad Ahmed Al-Jaz, affirmed the importance of the annual meetings of the Arab Financial Institutions in Khartoum, praising the role of Arab financial institutions for boosting the development all over the Arab World
