EXPOSING SPLM CORRUPTION: The Chairman of Lakes State SPLM Electoral College has finally got a scholarship

From: Baai Adai (as a circular to other community members)

Following recent controversial SPLM nominations for the upcoming general elections, it appeared that Lakes State was one of worst affected states in term of gross malpractices involved in the procedures.

The reason being simple: the committee was led by a less educated guy and therefore the entire committee was being governed by their interests and promises instead of integrity and the public interest. Hence, the entire procedure led to selection of people who are not only unwanted by the public but a total disgrace to the community.

Having encountered those challenges, he, the chairman of SPLM Lakes State Electoral College has finally found out that, indeed what was lacking from him and the entire committee was nothing but just a mere wisdom and knowledge to judge what the public expects from you and protect your dignity instead of relying on short term promises.

So he opted to go for studies as per ill-advice given to him by his small cliques, i.e. to follow their steps to the university they were exposed to by entering into it with forged certificates.

Congratulations once again guys, you have really set a record by just walking from primary to university without experiencing any single national examination.

But Mr. Chairman, sir, as your move is gladly admitted given our observations in that nomination, no one would wish you to get confined in this environment. Any little knowledge that you can gain will add to your current insufficient know-how that has put the entire state in a mess.

And as you try to approach that, Mr. Chairman, there is one imperative thing you are forgetting and in fact the most significant part the whole state has been worrying about.

That is, the entire state eagerly wants to know whether all the alleged briberies and promises involved during the nomination were indeed true?

To be precise, Mr. Chairman, you are just too clever to do an obvious thing by weighing between grabbing promises at once (i.e. job opportunity, buying a car among others) which are too direct to be detected and redirecting portion of your promises from intended programs to a scholarship.

This therefore shows that you are hiding yourself on a bare land. But be a man, I personally would love to see you coming out boldly with your dream car or you fearlessly become a state minister!

If you repudiate all alleged bribery cases during that time, then,

What among these reasons could substantiate the rationale behind all these years of your school dropout:---

1-      Have you just completed your exams in 2009 that grants you a paper to apply in 2010?

2-      Is 2010 the year you had planned, budgeted and saved for to go for further studies?

3-       Have you suddenly become more intelligent and assume that you will make it to the university and pass with 'crawling' colors rather than flying colors as your friends did?

4-      Have you finally got ample time to go for studies in this crucial time when SPLM campaign has kicked off and the general elections are underway which need your presence not as Mr. Meen Kuch but as the chairperson of the committee?

5-       Most importantly, has your income abnormally increased right from the day you entered that committee to the point of facilitating your own scholarship?

6-      Was it a promise to all the members of the SPLM Electoral College that after their assignment they would be taken to school? If the answer is yes, then where are the rest of the members?

Of course any answers to the above questions would be negative proving that all what has been in circulation is not far away from the truth.

And as if the list of evidences is endless, it is justified that some of the promises made have already yielded. A case in point is that of Rumbek East constituency.

It is known, in this recent week, the very chairman, Mr. Meen Kuch has gone to Nairobi allegedly to obtain an admission form accompanied by Paul Mayom's boy (Malok Majak) and Daystar Old Boy, just in the name of fulfilling the promise provided that all other conditions are kept constant. This reflects a lot. (Mr. Paul Mayom is GOSS Information minister).

Lastly, dear readers, it is important for us to identify these individuals earlier than later and the choice to entrust them in future will entirely depend on us as the public and not the so-called SPLM Secretariat.

And to our chairman, in my view and understanding, you don't really deserve to be blamed much but the Lakes State SPLM secretariat who should indeed carry the cross for assigning such a duty which is so heavy for an academic underage and someone who is young in politics like you .
