Urgent: Antanov Plane in Action Again Against Civilians in Darfur

July 18^th, 08: A Khartoum Government Antanov plane attacked the town of Saraf in Jabal Moon area North Darfur.   The plane which attacked, Friday morning at 10.30 showered the town with more than 20 bombs, killing Abdel Nabi Ali Abdel Nabi, the town Chief and injuring a child.  A score of grass cottages in the village went on fire.   There were no Movement fighters in the area at the time of the attack.  

The attack took place on the same day when Albashir launched his new initiative for overcoming Darfur crisis, a subject of his recent indictment.
