Taha calls for alternative international Islamic economic system

 

Khartoum, Nov. 6 (SUNA) - Vice President Ali Osman Mohamed Taha has called for the Islamic economic system as an alternative to the collapsed capitalist system in the world and establishment of humane international relations. Taha was addressing the third session of the board of directors of the scientific forum of the Muslim parliamentarians at the Friendship Hall in Khartoum Thursday. Taha urged preparations of international economic fiqh. The forum was also addressed by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Tahir, who stressed the importance of the conference, reviewing the experience of Sudan in ruling and ending the longest war in the world and the foreign targeting to the country that impedes its mach for realizing stability and development. The chairman of the forum, Dr. Abdel-Mageed Manasra, affirmed the stand of the Muslim parliamentarians beside Sudan in all its issues. He also affirmed rejection and condemnation of the parliamentarians to the allegations of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. BT/BT
