Sudan to Open Embassy in Venezuela
Khartoum, Jan. 12 (SUNA) - Sudan has decided to open an embassy in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas and a senior Sudanese diplomat will leave soon for Venezuela to assume his duties. The Director of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Khidir Haroun, who received Monday the head of the Venezuelan mission in Sudan, lauded the Venezuelan stance toward the Israeli aggression against Gaza which expresses the independence of Venezuelan decision. The Venezuelan diplomat, on his part, thanked the government and the people of Sudan for lauding his country's stance towards the incidents of Gaza. IF/BT
