Sixth Campaign for Registeration of Children in Schools in Kassala State Launched
Kassala, May 19 (SUNA)- The Wali (governor) of Kassala State, engineer Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid, has attended the the launching of the sixth state's campaign for admission of children, especially girls, in schools. The campaign is organized by the Girl Education Department at the Ministry of Education in the state, under the slogan "Education is a Right to All". Addressing the festival on the occasion, the Wali stressed the vitality of education to all children, especially girls. Hamid added that people in rural areas in the state face a major challenge, a matter that necessitates providing education for their children. He emphasized that the national unity government in the state is giving top priority to education. The Wali praised all the organs which participated in boosting the educational programmes in the state, renewing the government's commitment to support the educational process. MK/MO
