Security authorities apprehend three internet Hackers who used to break into vital government websites
Khartoum, Oct. 29 (SUNA) - Security authorities have apprehended three internet Hackers who had broken into over 300 government locations and vital institutions including the site of the National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), a huge part of which was damaged. An Informed Source at the NTC told the Sudan News Agency that since the Holy Month of Ramadan the corporation has been tracing those hackers through the Internet and that security authorities have finally located and apprehended them. The source said the hackers were presented to the Information Crime Attorney. The source said all the three were Sudanese subjects, well versed into the technology which they used to execute their crimes. The source confirmed that the NTC and other relevant bodies with the state closely monitor such breaches and would take prompt action against the perpetrators. MA/MA
