Saddiq Al-Mahdi Launches Tarahum Campaign for Supporting Palestinians in Gaza
Khartoum, Dec. 29 (SUNA)- Tarahum Charity Organization has launched a campaign for donating money, blood and food to the Palestinians in Gaza who are being attacked by the Israeli forces. At the regular news forum of Sudan News Agency (SUNA) Monday, the leader of the National Ummah Part, Saddiq Al-Mahdi, said that Israel is currently committing a barbaric massacre in Gaza, affirming the solidarity of the Sudanese government and people with the Palestinians in Gaza. He said that the current massacre in Gaza necessitates solidarity and cooperation between the Palestinian Fatah and Hamas Movements. Al-Mahdi stressed that the Palestinian resistance is carrying out a legitimate right according to the International and humanitarian laws and the Islamic Sharia. He said that the current situation in Gaza could contribute to opening a new chapter for solution of the Palestinian question. He said that the international non governmental organizations can greatly contribute to protection and helping the Palestinians in Gaza. He called on all the Arab and Islamic countries to denounce the barbaric massacre in Gaza which posed a flagrant violation to the international laws and customs. Al-Mahdi also called on all the official, people's, voluntary sectors and the different unions to extend assistance to the Palestinians in Gaza so as to be capable to confront the Zionist entity.
