President Al-Bashir meets Presidents of Burkina Faso, Burundi
Doha, Nov.30 (SUNA) - President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir met on the sidelines of the International Development Finance Summit in Doha President of Burkina Faso Blaise Compaore and discussed bilateral relations and means of promoting them further. President Al- Bashir briefed the President of Burkina Faso on efforts being exerted by the government to realize peace in Darfur and the progress of implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement as well as efforts exerted to reach a settlement in Darfur. Meanwhile, President Al-Bashir also met with the President of Burundi and discussed with him the relations between Khartoum and Bujumbura besides aspects of joint cooperation between the two countries.
